A Kenya Power employee found dead on Valentine’s Day was murdered, the Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko has said.
Mr Tobiko concluded that Careen Chepchumba was strangled.
According to Mr Tobiko, the evidence “does not
connect any identified person or group of persons” including former TV
anchor Louis Otieno, to the death of Chepchumba.
